Prime Time is back!

Forms are in your folders, be sure to turn them in quickly as classes are assigned first come, first served!

Lower Grade Assembly on Friday (PK-1st)

Pre-K will be joining the Friday assemblies this semester- Welcome! Pre-K parents, on Friday instead of heading to class, walk you little T-bird down to the gym to join our celebration of Thunderbird spirit. Parents are always welcome so feel free to stick around and join the fun!

Upper Grade Awards Assembly!-THIS FRIDAY, January 12th

Come join us in the cafeteria and celebrate all the hard work these kiddos have done this year!

4th – 9:00am
3rd – 9:50am

Bluebonnet Book Reports are due Friday!

3rd-5th Grade students who have read, written, and turned in reports on 5 of this year’s Bluebonnet nominees will be invited to Ms. Underwood’s Bluebonnet Book Party.

Communications Team Needs You!

Want to be one of the first to know about what’s going on at school? Consider joining the Communications team! This group helps keep parents informed about what’s happening at the school and additional help is always needed. We are looking for people to:

• write announcements for the website & social media
• create flyers for events and activities
• report on interesting happenings at the school
• remind event leaders to submit communications

Then we have the perfect opportunity for you! We are looking for a Teacher Appreciation Co-Leader to help organize our appreciation efforts later this semester. It’s Box Tops time!

Start gathering up your Box Tops and bringing them in to your teachers. The next deadline is January 19th. The classes with the most Box Tops will win a popsicle party!!

Our Annual I ?? THES Fundraiser is a month away!

Every year we reach into our pockets to help fill our gaps in funding. Together, we make sure our children get the education they deserve. Last month, you received a SAVE THE DATE for February 12th-16th. We thought we’d give you a head’s up – more information will be coming in next week’s Wednesday Folders. Donations can be dropped off all week during the Fundraiser or made online at www.travisheightselementary.com/donate.

Keep an eye on this space…we will be celebrating our donors from years past and announcing fundraising events and contests in the coming weeks. Let’s make this our most successful year yet!
