Do you love running? Do you want to boost your health and get fit while having fun with your friends? Join Austin Youth Fitness for a spring Running Group! The group is open to students in Kinder through 5th grade. AYF will offer two different sessions of six weeks each. You can sign up for one or both sessions.
Students will focus on improving running endurance and overall fitness, developing “functional” strength, flexibility, and improving core strength and body alignment. Runners will participate in drills, practice form, run in relays, and groups always end with a fun filled game!
Session 1: January 22-Feb 26
Session 2: March 19-April 23
