HAPPY WEDNESDAY, THUNDERBIRDS!

Don’t forget Friday is Upper-Grade Assembly, 7:35 in the gym.

TAMALADA IS TODAY
Wednesday, December 4, 3–6pm

Get to know other parents and staff while learning how to make tamales in the THES cafeteria. No experience needed. There will also be lots of fun activities for kids! We need volunteers to help wrap the finished tamales on Friday morning after drop up. Please come to the cafeteria if you can help!

CULTURAL FESTIVAL
Saturday, December 7, 10am–1

We will celebrate the diverse cultures of THES with cultural tables, performances, and a Mercado with unique holiday gifts! Tamales from the Tamalada will be available for $12/dozen while supplies last. WE STILL NEED table hosts at the Cultural Fest. We would love to have ALL the diverse cultures in our school represented. Share the culture of your family or a place you have visited with photos, clothing, instruments, maps and more. Email Sarah Wu to sign up for a table, sarahslovakwu@gmail.com. Sign up for other volunteer opportunities HERE
