We are working on using our words to problem solve and express our feelings. Students have been learning how to use feeling words when solving problems, asking for help and handling strong emotions appropriately. They are also learning how our brain helps us to self-regulate and use calming strategies. This is hard work and we are making great progress in this area . Way to go young Thunderbirds!
