PBL Showcase & 4th/5th Performance!
Please join us Thursday, February 15, at 5:45pm for a very special evening featuring:
- A Project Based Learning Showcase of projects from 2nd-5th grade
- A brief update from the Thunderboard regarding changes to our school’s Four Pillars and
- A musical performance by our talented 4th & 5th grade students! (Student performers please meet in the Cafeteria at 5:45pm.)
Children are welcome to attend with their parents!

AISD FOOD SERVICES SURVEY
As we develop school menus for the 2018-19 school year, feedback from our school communities is crucial. We are launching a survey, which will be open Jan. 22 – Feb. 16, to collect information that will help us create menus that best meet the needs and tastes of our communities.

Ice Cream Social/Meet Your Teacher
Time: 3:30 pm-5:30 pm
Annual Back-to-School Ice Cream Social: Find classroom assignments and meet your teacher at this annual event. Come by any time after 3:30 and stroll through your classroom. The cafeteria will have information about the school available and ice cream/non-allergen icy pops available to cool off from the heat. Please plan on stopping by the cafeteria with your child.
The social is also a great time to bring school supplies to your classroom too! School supplies can be placed in a bag with your child’s name on it. Please do not place your child’s name on individual items/school supplies within the bag. If you cannot make the social, school supplies can be brought in the first week of school. Questions about supplies can also be posed to teachers at the social or during the first week of school as well, and purchased thereafter.
