Break out your old Jelly shoes, Guess jeans, leg warmers and shoulder pads! It’s time to get dressed in your favorite decade’s most fashionable gear and show your threads to all your friends (and laugh at your parent’s sense of style!)

Show your friends, classmates, and teachers how much you care! Student Council will be holding their annual Flower for Friends fundraiser January 29th through February 1st. Flowers are $1.50 each and will be delivered on February 9th. Proceeds are used to fund Student Council projects and initiatives. Please note, a limited amount of flowers are available for sale. Once they’re gone, that’s it!
Calling all Thunderbirds!
Want to be one of the first to know about what’s going on at school? Consider joining the Communications team! This group helps keep parents informed about what’s happening at the school and additional help is always needed. We are looking for people to:
- write announcements for the website & social media
- create flyers for events and activities
- report on interesting happenings at the school
- remind event leaders to submit communications

AISD Registration is open!
Students who live within AISD boundaries can now register online for the 2018–19 school year. Registration forms and the transfer request forms are available in the Parent Cloud at my.austinisd.org. For more information, please visit www.austinisd.org/enroll or call the THES office at 414-4495. The earlier everyone registers, the better it is for our budget and staff planning!
