Keeping us Informed
Don’t you love how informative these e-folders are? And how easy it is to know what’s going on with all these new website features? We do too but it takes a lot of work! We’d love to split up some of the workload by creating a Communications Team. If you can share your skills in:
- writing announcements
- creating flyers
- posting to social media
- sending reminders
- or tracking the communications calendar

We also need to give a HUGE Appreciation Pump! 💪! 💪! 💪! to Deb Lykins for all her hard work this year on redesigning our website and giving it so many amazing features that are helping us all to stay connected so easily!

New Ways submit information to the PTA
This week we’ve added two new forms to the website. First if you have need to get reimbursed from the PTA for a school expense you incurred. You can now access the online reimbursement form to submit your information.
Do you have an announcement for a school event that needs to go on the website or the wednesday efolder? Now you can use the Announcement Submissions form to get your information where it needs to go.
“Poem in Your Pocket” Day
We will be celebrating “Poem in Your Pocket” day on Thursday, April 27, 2017.
It’s super easy to participate in the day.
- Students, write your own poem on an index card.
- Carry your “Pocket Poem” with you all day and read it out loud to at least five people.
- Ask each of your listeners to sign the back of your card.
- After you have five signatures on the back of your card, show it to Mrs. Underwood for a special “Poem in Your Pocket” day treat!
