Wednesday Folder – August 26, 2015

Welcome Back Thunder Birds!!

Hope y’all had a GREAT summer and are settling into your new school routine!

Today is the first Wednesday eFolder of the year and this afternoon the paper folders will come home with your students. Keep a watch for them, read the contents, sign the front and RETURN them in your child’s backpack. Returning them is crucial as these folders are the main vehicles for getting information to you.

The Wednesday folder mantra is Read, Sign & Return!

Reserve your School Year T-Shirt – by Sept 4th!

We are taking reservations for the official 2015/16 school t-shirts. These are the shirts that we want the kids to wear on field trips so that we can quickly identify our little Thunderbirds in crowded places. The cost for students is $5 – which basically just covers the cost of making them. For Adults and other children who are not students at THES, the price is $10.

You can sign up for yours on the form on the PTA bulletin board outside the office. If you do not reserve your shirt – you are not guaranteed to get the size you want.

We are also making a special edition red shirt – Adult Sizes Only ($15). You can sign up for that one on the bulletin board too.
