There are many ways to contribute: as a business partner, via in-kind or food donations, or by volunteering the day off.

Help us make the 2023 Fall Carnival the most bountiful ever and support THES Thunderbirds as a family or business sponsor.
Our fundraising goal for Fall Carnival this year is $10,000 – it’s a hefty goal but we feel confident we can do it! Our kids and school need every penny to help cover just some of the funding shortages.
Donations in any amount are welcome and can add up towards a Sponsorship Level. Go to our Donate page and indicate you are donating for the Fall Carnival on the form.

Volunteer
The Carnival is staffed entirely by amazing volunteers (this means you!) and is our biggest fundraiser of the year. Work a shift, meet some other parents, and then enjoy all the other booths (22 in total including 8 free booths), food, music, and more with your kiddo! Kids (and parents) are encouraged to come wearing Halloween costumes. Please sign up for a shift today! (Don’t worry, no expertise is necessary to man the booths!)

In Kind Donations
WE NEED TOYS! Starting Monday October 16th, please donate your gently used small toys and stuffed animals for carnival booth prizes. Please leave items in boxes by the front entrance.
WE NEED CAKES TOO! The Cake Walk is a huge hit at the Carnival. Please bring a cake – any shape or size, homemade or store-bought, to the school on FRIDAY, OCTOBER 27st during morning drop off.
Food Donations
Parents, we ask each grade level to donate food items to make our concession stand possible at the Carnival. Please see your child’s grade level donation below and bring to school FRIDAY, OCTOBER 27st – the day of the Carnival during morning drop off.
- Pre-K: Cookies
- Kinder: Whole Fruit (apples, grapes, small oranges)
- First: Water, Napkins
- Second: Flavored Sparkling Water
- Third: Juice Boxes
- Fourth: Water, Paper Plates
- Fifth: Whole carnival pickles, snack size chip bags
