Native American PBL

4th grade is doing a PBL(project based leaning) on native Americans. As a class ,we are learning about different tribes. So far we have learned about 4 tribes Coahuiltecan, Comanche, Caddo and Apache.  We learned were they lived, what they eat, and what they used for transportation. 0

Family, Fun and Fitness

At Family Fun and Fitness we did many fun activities like Tug-a-war and the sack race and much much more. There were many things to do and it was an amazing day. It was a great day to socialize and be athletic. A big Appreciation Pump for Ms. Collins for this wonderful day!   0

4th grade is reading the Lightning Thief. After they read it they will watch the movie. Some people read it in Spanish. We learned about Greek Mythology while reading it, including about the Greek gods and monsters. 0

I was learning about Barbara Jordan’s life: when she died, what year was she born, and what she did during her life. Then we started doing our drawing. The drawing was  about what she looked like and the setting. When I finished, I put the information on notes and hung them up on the wall. 0
