What is the t-shirt contest at Travis Heights Elementary? Well, it is an event that we do at THES every year. In art class, 4th and 5th graders make drawings that represent our school. Then the art teacher (Ms. Isoline) cuts papers to the shape of a shirt and we draw our design on one of those cut-outs. If Ms. Isoline thinks your design makes it into the top 6, then it gets put on a bulletin board for the whole school to vote on. THES students vote on which one they like best, and then the design with the most votes gets printed on a t-shirt. That becomes the school t-shirt for the next school year!
